I have had two terrible experiences with them. The staff there is unwelcoming, disinterested and has a terrible attitude. Amongst the private banks in India, I would rate them one of the worst. They will give you higher quotes on services such as lockers etc. ( Higher when compared to their own website).
If you wish to get a stamped account statement, get it printed on your own and they will stamp it only during 9 am and 3.30 pm time window, especially during rains. Even when you enquire for services such as credit cards, lockers, financial instruments from them, they will ask you to run in circles and you will be better off getting the info from their website instead.
I'm not saying this for Axis Bank as a brand but their Civil Lines Bareilly Branch.
To Axis Bank: Get your affairs in order or you'll loose customers faster than you gain.
