State Bank of India KANPUR ROAD LUCKNOW

This is my true and fact expearincing on review 8.12.2017 . One of the worst banking service provider in India. Clerical staffs are very aggressive and arrogent.They have no manner how to talk their customers. Even no one responsible and Governing person on this bank in Luck now.

Location is easily accessible. It is a crowded branch. But staff is supportive. Doors are Wheelchair accessible.

Staff is rude....mis behave with customer

Staff is rude as always you can expect from SBI Bank you have take almost 4 to 5 hour for any banking work with SBI my suggestion avoid open account with SBI,the most funny thing gaurd himself is giving rating from customer on rating machine in bank

Average service provided by bank, No one to handle complaints.
Cashiers are busy in their phones :D

Very Bad staff . misbehaviour and never helped out.

There is no option for 0 or -ve stars otherwise I would have given that. Worst staff behaviour, they treat customer like thrash and run the bank according to there own wish and time schedule.

Just need only good server as the employee here all the time crying for NO SERVER. And customers making fun of them.
