Staff behaviour is very good but the chaprasi and atm security gaurd have too much attitude means it looks like that security is thinking that he is branch manager

Very rud staff. I think they do not properly know how to change/update mobile number. One day I came about 150km away just to update my mother's mobile number with her. First they said fill up mobile updation form I did it very well according to them after that they gave me second form which was account opening form and said to fill it up and paste a passport size photo of my mother I did that as well with all other formalities suggested by them on the form. One of this SBI branch male employee throw this froms in dustbin and said "app ka mobile number update ho gya jaiye" I do not know his name but he sits on third number, first a lady employee second account opening young male employee and then he, right infront of entrance. He behaves like he is smarter than other employees of that branch I noticed that during my stay. He is above 34 years. He do not know customers value. At least he should to say, your mobile number can't be updated or is not updated. Why he gave me wrong information? I am asking this question from branch manager.
