The bank is going to be bankrupt soon. Services are deteriorating at it's worst day by day. Things look very suspicious as all their customer channel support are closed now. They have closed email support and various support number. Their customer service is getting worst compare to other private banks and there is no mode open to reach out to their support channel.
If you want to keep your money safe then I would recommend closing the account from this bank as early as possible because their account closing process itself takes more than a year ( i am struggling to close it for past 1 year with no success so far. All thanks to the lazy & rude staff of this branch)

Worst staffs in all axis branches. This is very lazy staffs bank. I will suggest nobody go for open any account in axis bank and also my personal suggestion do close the account from this bank.
Without any prior information bank freeze my account. Due to this I am unable to do any transactions for the last 15 days.
I have sent an email but they all are sleeping and not responded over.
I have also called to bank they are not supporting to resolve the problem. I have also sent related documents but not resolved the problem. I also visited nearest branch with original document and submitted the documents to axis bank but here is also same type of staff i have seen.
In last 6 to 8 months my account has been 2nd time freezed. I am waiting for support.
After this, i will defnetly close my account from axis bank.

I request to the axis bank authorized personal to please look into this and resolve the problem asap.

Great Axis bank sleeping🙇 staffs.

One of the worst service i have seen. My account they freeze and now even after 5days nothing is happening. i submitted latter to bank. Called multiple time to customer care but no resolution. Visited bank twice. Why even one star i have to give.

There was phishing fraud transaction on my axis bank credit card of 143510 rs on 19sep 1:39:20within 1sec call rceivd frm Axis this is suspicious trxn thn I denied after 1 min card blocked frm Bank bt bank didn't tke any action

Worst service forever, I did not think that axis Bank employee give such type service .This my first time that I was visited from last 5 year but manual work is very bad and bad response to his customer ...My ATM was expired and ane of the employee tell me that atm is in branch and Mr pradeep who ask me to sit 1 hour and come to sit and tell me that he destroy my card previous month but my card validity is sep ...When I ask to without any call and message how u done..Then the response is unable to ask to everyone u have to check from ur side..I want to know what is his work that hold the customer for 1 hr and not give in proper response to his customer and say that check from ur side. When I do from my side everything then what will banker will do..Online service is good but the employee is very bad...

This is the worst bank, even worse is its service. On top of that their menu is so bad they don't even have the details to talk to their customers. Only specializes in cutting charges. all other services are bad

The worst staff ever, I have visited this bank three time. First time some problem came and my work didn’t happen. Second time staff computer has gone slow down and she didn’t my work and third time their staff told me your work won’t happen here and i gone to another staff member and she got a call and directly told me you work cant happen here and i gone to thier manager, he also ganged up with his staff, i mean what a team. They are lazy staff which don’t value their customers at all,

I just visit noida sector -16 branch frustated from staff people no proper response, no proper service, I just received worst service from branch cheques transfer employees behave is very bad he tell to me that u give me one month before cheque I just requesting to other societies people's to not to open the bank account in axis branch noida sector -16 in future
