Punjab National Bank

Entire staff of this branch is bunch of loosers and behaves so rudely with all customers. They aren't aware of the basic procedures regarding pensioners life certificate submission. Senior citizens come and they behave They just don't want to work including their branch head.

Govt banks are govt banks. For petty things, you have to run like they are serving you for free and doing favour to you. Staffs are only responsible for such bad reputation and financial condition of PSBs in India. Taxpayers money getting wasted.
And this branch will definitely makes you hate PNB.

Not a single phone line working. All are closed. Hence the details given are of no use.

staff is good

Very bad service.. Last 8 months se ATM ke leya ghuma raha hai . Staff behaviour is not good not satisfy..

Does not have an environment of an efficient bank. Staff do not cooperate , one land line number given to customers but not attended.

The staff is lethargic in nature and needs training to work upon their communication skills. I've had a very bad experience with this branch.

Behaviour of staff is making me write this review and the reason why I'm giving a 1 star.
