very crowded most of the times, both the bank and the atm. will go to the railways branch of sbi which is not much farther and much better.

Pathetic branch, illiterate staff, dont know how to talk, arrogant staff, please close your account and change your bank, do not take any services from thia branch.even you will not get help from branch manager as well.

I am very much diappointed with the services of SBI in Sadar Bazar Agra, IFSC - SBIN0002467. Finally, I decided to close my bank account and still they are not cooperating in A/C closure. I would finally shift to some private bank instead and suggest all my near and dear ones to stay away from SBI (this particular branch). Digitally Illeterate and non cooperative staff, horrible services.

Horrible service, requested 1year ago by email and call to transfer my account to Punjab branch... Der is no response either mail nor call. Disgusting..

Illiterate staff, no one take responsibility, will complaint by Twitter now...

Very arrogant staff , sbi sadar staff did'nt want to work and just want money , very poor service , don't visit ever in your life

As usual it's a state owned bank so service is not up to the Mark.
