The service is really very bad. I have applied for the education loan and it's been 2 months I didn't get any positive reply from them. The loan officer is sitting at the accountants seat as the accountant is on leave nobody is there on the loan desk. They are just playing with the child's future as it is a matter of the education loan and not any other loan as it can't be postponed. And the manager is very rude and Ill-mannered.

Sir i am defence personnel, taken personnel loan from this branch on 12 Nov 19.My account is DSP but loan department taken processing fee which is 8850/- .From Nov to till date iam requesting to loan department pls refund my money.they are avoiding simply.pls help me
