Staff is fine, responsible and helpful. But repeated problem of bank server error make customer irritated.

Outer area is small because in this pandemic
We have to wait for the person to come out of the bank 🏦 so a line is always formed but doesn't maintain social distancing because of the small area
But inside the bank is good , officers are also fine , good parking area

It's in the main market and facility of photo copy and documents printout is very near to the bank

Government banks never let you down. You get what you expect; delays, date after date.
A simple process of opening an account and transferring funds is a process that requires a person to run from point A to B to C to B to A to home then back. Private banks offered seamless experience because they value the time of the account holders and themselves.

I'm a student , citizen scientist and an asteroid discover today at 12:00 noon , I visited bank to deposit my money but I forgot to mention the date on deposit slip then security guard asked me to show the slip and he started misbehaving , he was saying " padhe likhe nahi ho kya ( rudely )".

Worst place to have a bank account.

The branch manager and staff is incompetent and can't handle anything.
