Punjab National Bank - Betia Hata Branch

The wrost branch of PNB i have ever seen.
Personnel are not eligible to sit on the seat as they don't know THE BASICS OF ACCOUNT OPENING and also don't know HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS. Statement/Requirements provided by the bank staff are CONTRADICTORY with the statement of BANK MANAGER.
MANAGER of the PNB BETIHATA branch is not professionally competent to manage his team as he was giving only his views(BY SHOUTING IN BANK) not ready to listen the customers needs.
When i called that FEMALE STAFF she was saying "MAI NI AAUNGI MAI KAAM KR RHI HU" this statement shows that she was not interested to entertain customers and only providing INCORRECT INFORMATION TO PUBLIC.

PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS PNB BRANCH.
IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF AND MANAGER AS WELL!!

worst branch of pnb the employes are spoiling the reputation of the Punjab National Bank.
The working speed of the employes is very slow. I request the head branck to take some action on them

Worst branch of pnb .... Rude behavior of employees they are mostly on phone on office hours I don't think that's allowed if I have some work to be done they are going to take 20 days for sure no one listens ..... They need a proper training of how to work in a bank
I HAVE NEVER POINTED OUT A PARTICULAR COSTOMER BUT " KUSUM KUMARI " this lady has no work ethics what so ever I have seen her shout at costmers fight with them I have seen her coming late and never doing the work on time ..... I don't know how... seriously how she made it to the job

Staff's are too good as well as every other services are also awesome.

Very very wrost service in PNB bank of Betiahata Gorakhpur branch. Branch manager of Pandey Shushil Kumar is very unprofessional manager on the bank. He has no knowing to talk with customer. He has very rudely manager I saw first time this type of manager in India He has talk very shoutly in the bank or office.we have account holder of different different type of bank, but my bad experience with your PNB bank of Betiahata branch. all employees are good but BM has unprofessional.This type of Manager can loss of any Bank or any organisation, this is as customer feedback. He has need more than training. Thanks

Maner less staff no value of custmor sara ka sara staaf kam chor hai aur manner less hai very poor and cheap bank hai aur they are no no knowing how to talk there custmor and all staf are unprofessional just like a road chap
