Nice Branch but they charge their own customer for Parking ... that's not good

The contact number mentioned over the website NOT reachable from uae..i am trying to contact the branch service staff mobile with no answer, As an NRI customer i cannot contact the branch now in need. This is absolutely ridiculous .

Even visiting branch do not give a good experience , meeting branch manager is very difficult, service staff do not want to support.

Worst experience. I have been to this branch 3 times for the address change in credit card. Its been more then 2 months but the address has not changed yet.

Worst banking experience with this branch. Pathetic services. Poor customer support.
Although I have preferred banking account but I still not get any response from RM or any customer service.

I have called and emailed them many times but I didn't received any response.

At the end I emailed to branch manager but still no response.

Please guys do not go to this bank branch.🙏

Worst services ever ….the staff is disgussting … they dont know how to talk to clients …..2 days work they are taking weeks and all the staff members need some patience maintaining , personality improvement classes and specially they need to know how to talk like a human
