Useless staff, staff are enjoying ac inside bank without bothering customer issue.
All useless staff of axis bank are dumped here.
They don't have name plate in front of desk even they hesitate to wear identity card.
Photcopy and printer machine is unvailble for customer.

Full of stupid things they will ask to customer rather than solving your problem.

I will suggest use other bank instead of axis bank specialy in Deoria.

I tried multiple time to submit my visa fee but some time they told server down, then some day they told service only available before 3 pm.
very bad customer experience. After visit multiple days, I went Gorakhpur to submit visa fee.

I have had a very rough experience with this bank. I think this is the most ridiculous type of bank in the country.And even more disgusting are the employees of Axis Bank Deoria branch.Instead of listening to the problems of the customers, they spend time giving their knowledge, I think these people come and sit only for the free AC.In the whole bank, only one person seems capable, Gagan Tiwari.It is because of Gagan Tiwari's behavior that some customers leave happy, otherwise it is the same for all customers, no one has a good experience with this bank.

In two sentence, I can say:
1) Carry extra time if you visit this branch
2) Very poor service

Useless branch please close if you cant serve customers. Looting on minimum balance with a low grade service.
