State Bank of India BARRA (KANPUR)

Bank staff is cooperative ...Still "Passbook Printing" is time-taking because the machine is still not taken to a good doctor...If you plan your visit and do not want to wait too much then come after 11:30 AM ...Less crowd!! It will not be incorrect to say that these days,it is one of the leading branches of State Bank of India.

No one does their duties. They just make you go different counters without the necessity. Customer unfriendly. Beware of this branch. Arrogant staff.

As i am highly delighted from SBI Bank Branch Manager.

He not only taken Quick action but also he replied through email & make a telecom discussion.

Worst services, very rude staff they don't know how to deal with public or customers. They don't have sense of humanity. Manager Mr. Jitendra Kumar is illiterate and don't know how to talk to the public.

They are so rude & never try to help us I asked one of their employee a question he answered me after 3,4 times asked & he tried to ignore me it's my mamma's a/c, I'm really very disappointed with SBI I hate this bank because of very ridiculous service I'll never suggest to any one for SBI they are so rude today one man who was cashier he spoke very rudely, I felt very bad & yesterday I asked a man how many days the a/c will be operat he answered me after three time asked....& Yes they don't want to do work they always ignore & tell me that ask to him/another staff & submit to him because I have enough forms & work....I really don't understand, What they want how many hours do they have to work only 10am to 4 still they doesn't want to do their shift...😒😣😣😣😣 I'm very disappointed & dissatisfied with them....

Worst bank. They deduct money without informing you.

They optin by their own on some services and deduct money accordingly. They are fraud and don’t trust in them. Take a legal action whenever any fraud happen with you
