I am a customer of your esteemed Balrampur branch,person of your branch do not solve any problem and even if they do, they take months.
I put a check of Rs 5000 in my account in November 2020 which dishonour on 11/11/2020 and has not been returned yet, I have informed the branch several times for this.
Please troubleshoot my problem as soon as possible
