Very worst Service. Management should change whole staff immediately.
Went there to get my car loan account closed. First their system failed to show my last EMI that had already been deducted by SBI via ECS from my Allahabad Bank Account. So they gave me a higher closure amount which I unsuspectingly paid through a Check. Later I found this anomaly from my Allahabad Bank statement. In simple language, this is cheating of the customers!!!!
So I went to inform them. The guard didn't let me to go inside on the pretext that the server is not working. When I pleaded that my work has nothing to do with the server, he pointed his service weapon at me with choicest of abuses !!!! I could have filed an FIR against him but chose not to do so as I was getting late for a very important meeting in my office.
I visited the branch again after 2 days and this time informed the staff about the miscalculation. After making me to wait for 2 hours in the hall, while there was no other customer in the loan section, I was told that they are paying back the balance amount through a check, which I can get only by the next day.
On the next day, the check was yet not ready. I kept on visiting the branch for 3-4 days continuously when finally I was handed over the check. To my utter surprise, the check mentioned only my sir name without my First name!!! Now after 15 days they say that the lady who is supposed to make this correction is on leave.
Many of our friends here have written that the footfall in this bank is very high. My view is that for even simple works requiring hardly 5-10 minutes, when these blots make customers visit the branch repeatedly 10-15 times, then it appears that they are catering to a large number of customers while actually they are only harassing almost all of their customers.
The bigger disgust is that one can't even report this bad service to the Banking Ombudsman on RBI's website as the name of this branch is not listed there!!!
What an utter disgust are these employees in this public sector bank!!!!
God forbid, I am certainly not going to enter into any transaction with this Bank for ever !!!
workers here are so rude, talk with my mom very rudely and process of working here is also very very bad.
i came here for pension loan, they said that the loan procedure will complete in 2 hours but
now today when i give my all documents and filled from, they says me to wait for 4 hours just for a sign. i am waiting here from 12pm and now its 2:46pm. the workers are very very very careless for costumers.
I'm just done with them, if you are thinking to open an sbi account Don't do that.
