They give priority for knowing people and recommend candidates only... They must maintain q system... No matter who's the hell the costumer!!

Employee's of these bank are not behaves like professionals. When you go to bank they say "go and talk to manager or talks to that Employee's...". Personally my experience is very bad with this branch. I suggest not to do anything in this branch you can go other branch but not this. The only employee of the was not responding to my call I called him so many times but he didn't replied once.

Staff is very lazy and lack basic knowledge. I had to explain them few terms in banking. Whenever I ask a query they discuss among themselves and give a stupid answer even after showing them the written rules they ignore them and want to meet their target of selling credit cards, fd's, policies and loans. I felt SBI and Canara bank which is opposite to it is much better. I would give these guys negative stars. worst service ever they make customers wait for hrs and in the end don't solve the customer issue. Pathetic really pathetic. I urge others not to go to Axis bank go for public sector bank you will get far better service.

One of the worst bank branches i have ever seen ... every staff including manager is soo dumb and unaware of the process. the watchman downstairs is far better than everyone on the floor. Dissappointment everytime you walkin. such a shame for axis bank.
