State Bank of India BODUPPAL HYDERABAD

1) Bank employees are not responsive at all. very poor customer service.

2) They does not have enough computer knowledge I feel, especially guys who sits in the counters 1, 2, 3.

3) I have submitted the request forms 3 times to change my address, mobile, and to enable my internet banking. they said it is done and kept my form aside all the 3 times. but the requested thing has not done.

4) no SMS notifications on transactions we do.

5) for the simple work, we need to visit/contact branch 4, 5 times.

6) So finally I have decided to transact with icici account.

Very worst customer service & very worst behaviour from manager srinivas, he will abuse you with very bad language if u go to him multiple times on same request. Most of the customers will not know how the process of the application needs to be done, dear srinivas in such cases they may approach u multiple times to clarify their queries. This is not the way u need to behave with your customers. Even pune is better than you he is responding really good for every queries. Worst experience i ever had in my life in this branch.

Staff is not enough to server their customers

I would give 0 stars for SBI - Boduppal. I reached out to branch manager and asked for RI to NRO conversation. She said that she need someone to assist with this information. Second Question, can I close my RI account. You need to come following day to get that information from senior person. I don't understand how SBI places someone as branch manager without enough knowledge.

Bad experience in sbi boduppal staff going to lunch 2hr no response staff

Asking for KYC by messages and when sent by mail, no one is opening mails and responding to mails.
Bank authorities are so lethargic that even they don't update latest phone numbers.
As if they feel they are not public servents

Worst branch near Uppal _ Medipally surroundings . Very bad response from staff . No respect given . The account opening person don't know how he got the job there ,very bad attitude towards people. Overall na lawdalo branch.
After that I decided to open account in HDFC bank.
