State Bank of India SECUNDERABAD

One of the worst bank services ever. I had to get a simple "Challan" for the purpose of a lost certificate and the bank employees (incl. one of the managers) say I need to approach a "broker" who sits outside near a tea stall. I ask them "why a broker, why can't I get my own challan and I fill it and pay the money". They simply say that's how it is done. Yet, I wait for the broker outside the bank under the sun and the broker never comes, having gone for a break. Now, SBH please tell me, who is to blame for these weird approaches of yours? The broker or the bank?? If this continues, I am sure you will lose the little reputation that you have acclaimed thus far. I am sorry but I rate your services the worst.

staff are worst, and one old lady who sit at cash counter she always rude(identification : big pimple on the face).

Incorrect Address. Wasted a lot of time in traffic to find the branch doesn't exist at this location.

WORST STAFF...i have kyc issues...it's been 5-6hours standing in the queue...but issue not yet fixed by the staff working here...there are more concerned about their lunch breaks rather than working for customers....
