Actually they doesn't worth for single star. Here I go with my experience, I went to bank for applying credit card. One of the bank clerk appointed one person called Naveen for credit card application. But suddenly one person interfered, his name Abhishek came forward asked my details and he willing make me to stand outside of branch took my details and came to my home and applied credit card. He did it because for his incentive it's clear. But he should do the work properly, after 10 I called him and asked I didn't received my card and also it's not showing the status of the card. He said I will check as well as I called some other senior person to know the details he asked the details and I provided, till now they are not lifting the call and providing any information. And they are rude. This Abhishek is newly joined one, if he doesn't know how to deal with customers and work, then why this manager sending them to the customers. These all are Worst than scum.

Staff are professional here, special thanks to Mr. Karteesh Reddy who is very polite and quick to solve the issues with respect to banking, helped me in resolving my account related issues. Kudos to the branch.

Made a request for current account 10 days back by direct visit to branch. irresponsible staff, the one who process the request was not at all at the branch. haven’t received at least a call back since I provided them contact number.

If you cannot process the banking properly please shut down. Why you are wasting our time.

Worst experience. Employees are not responding to the customers and behaving like government bank employees. What’s the point of opting for private bank ?

One of the worst services at bank i never faced.. . The staff starts explainng the guide lines when you go to counter to deposit and asis us to deposit in machine which never works . The response from the manager and deputy manager is on their own convenient answers chichu are already framed . Being a customer since 15 Years with ICICI , it hurts a lot . Need a lot of improvement in this Branch

Congested. No parking area even for two wheeler. Have to park on road side only to pay chalana. Even for bank transactions also, very Conjusted but staff is smart & speed.

worst thing is timings even government bank are working evening 4 to 5 pm but sad thing icici bank still working 3 pm. good service do one thing change your timing 9.30am to 1 pm. after some completely close this branch or bank worst fellows.
