ICICI Bank Serilingampally, Hyderabad-Branch & ATM

I recently visited branch, response is prompt, manager walked by and engaged concerned person and everything was done smooth, but the reason for 3 stars is - i gave my phone number to update contact information on my Account, since then my phone is bombarded with unnecessary messages at-least 20-30 message daily. Please stop this, otherwise no issues with Bank.

Went for PPF transfer. None of the staff was able to address my query. Just was referring from one staff to another.
Finally waiting after 20 min, I went to managers cabin. She was very polite and has addressed my concern and explained me the process very clearly.

Worst service dont follow bank timings i came to bank at 9:30Am as there timings and they started service from 10:30Am

Very good staff and very friendly towards customers& branch manager was very polite and excellent...

Worst branch. They will not provide proper service and make you to visit again and again. Also processing time is too high.

Worst customer service. We went for address change in my salary account. Bank manager himself asked for pan card aadhar card original hard copies. They won't accept soft copy of e aadhar or pan it seems. Then only they can process address change. Also they said my kyc was pending. When I visited other ICICI branch they took hardly 10 minutes to get the job done.
Don't recommend this branch unless you want to do Time pass.
Few highlights:::I am holding this account since 7 long years and i am 9 months pregnant when I visited recently.

Worst service they don't want to serve any customer, I went to this branch for address change (my home branch is chandannagar), 1st unlucky that my name is bit different (my initial was been in the end other than beginning) and 2nd unlucky that I don't have another proof other than Adhar and Pan card physically. They don't want to serve me to change atleast my name as i don't have another physical proof. I went to chandannagar branch (branch is bit busy with people). Even though it's busy they tried in different ways and provided me service. Atleast my name changed here in chandannagar branch. Please don't waste your time going to this branch.

The service is good ,staff are helpful and polite except that they opened my AC in a different branch. Also there is no money depositing machine outside the bank as its the only icici bank in the area and its pretty difficult to deposit the money if its in some odd hours and this particular branch timings are really weird as they work until 3:30pm while the rest of the branches are open until evening why is this an exception ? and the minimum balance to be maintained is 10,000 at all times ,if not they charge a hefty 950 rupees every month wile Axis bank charges just 350.Lastly International transfers are a bit expensive compared to HDFC and axis if we talk about the conversion charges and extra fees.
