Unfortunately, terrible experience with IDFC Bank Kukatpally Branch, Hyderabad. I had been there to open bank account for my Son with all documentation. However, absolutely shocked with their poor response. They had told me that they cannot open an account in this branch, rather they wanted to send someone to my home. I refused., they had opened a website and asked me to fill the forms for opening account myself with no assistance which did not work. Walked out and opened an account in another Bank next door(Indus), who welcomed me and did all formalities in 30-mins, given the welcome kit along with debit card. Not promoting Indus here but, just that customer experience matter a lot which I had not received from IDFC.

Worrest Service and number 1 froud bank highly charged and with out information automatically debited amount in my account it's waste and worrest bank Cheating number one bank in india

Worst staf behaviour they will not ready listen customer problems.

Not so great customer service...
Their website is out of date the never update about new accounts

Very Good Experience Banking and Staff resolution My Query

Offering loans on consumer products but don’t accept different personal bank accounts with same registered mobile no. They don’t follow RBI rules & set own rules which hassle to customer. I had very bad experience & faculties lack of knowledge.

I have experienced worst on visiting this branch especially the security guards rude to customers and the employees are not having minimum knowledge how to address a customer..
