ICICI Bank Ltd, Hyderabad Abids

Unprofessional people are working in bank with inhuman security. I want to deposit money in the bank I just come at 5:03pm .. security not allowing me to deposit money in the bank. It said, time over. Bank close at 5pm.

I told him its emergency. But he didn't listen me. Only for 03 minute's.

Cash counting machine not working. Cash deposit machine - out of order. Chair for customer damaged. I could have fallen on the floor if I wasn't cautious. Didn't expect it from ICICI.

This is my experience dt: 10 october 2020 (SATURDAY). I had 10,000rs with me and my friend gave me another 10,000 rupees to deposit in account and send to him through google pay. I swiped my card and deposited my money in the atm deposit machine as the bank shutter was closed, only atm section was open and no watchman was present at that moment. The time was around 2 pm. I kept 20,000 in the machine and the machine gave me 3 notes back of (500rs) and displayed that only 18,000 was deposited. I was really shocked and filled with sorrow that I had counted the money properly but I don't know what problem the machine had it was a panic situation for me. And moreover the machine took more time to count the money as usual. I really didn't have anyone to tell about what had happened to me. I counted the money properly and came to the atm prepared. People will easily say that maybe I didn't count properly but no one was ready to accept that machine did the fault. I had to borrow another 500 rupees and add it with those 3 notes of 500 to make it another 2000rs and to deposit complete amount of 20,000(which i intended to deposit) through other deposit machine present in the atm. I am writing this review because I don't know whether my money will ever be returned or not but other people must not face such problem. Be careful. If someone can really help me. I have tried contact the bank on the Numbers mentioned on the site. None of them are in service. I have been trying to reach the bank management Hyderabad to solve my problem even after providing the document and don't get any reply from them and they are holding from 13 days. Its causing mental stress and issues in various ways. This is the worst response from the ICICI bank towards customers.

Is icici bank greater than the government
Then why when all government banks are functioning till 4 pm icici is closed from 3 pm
Is government order not applicable to this

Poor and worst service provider and the one of the waste branch of icici bank and the manger and staff member didn’t have a discipline and they don’t know the value of customers so please i request to icici bank to provide a good service and this branch creating a bad image of your serving

Major private bank in abids area..parking tight..ATM in branch ..staff cooperative with many services..ok maintenance

Earlier was Good but now worst services, just have photos with a smiling face on walls but when we reach there they only ignore customer n busy in there work and 1st bank with no branch manager
