Even though ICICI Bank has no concept of lunch time.Staff was out for lunch for almost an hr.

Worst customer service..

Bad Customer service. They just want to have the issue postponed instead of attending it. We don't have an account here, but there an transaction for picking up the home loan related papers, they feel that we have no other work and we will keep following them. Unhappy with their service

Very small place, not convenient for customers,no need of branch in main road, there is no seating for customers.
