IDBI Bank

WORST BANK, WORST EMPLOYEES, WORST SERVICE
They are not good in any thing, branch manager is never available. Bank said that they have opened a salary account for all the people in our organization but after enquiring we came to know that it was a saving account. They are not ready to convert it to salary account, I don't know what is the problem with the staff in the bank. They don't have any information and knowledge about the details regarding various types of accounts given in the website of idbi bank which even a common man knows.
Please don't even think of having any sort of account in this bank.
Unessesarliy they are charging for sms and other services even after being converted to salary account

Worst bank in my life I have never seen like these bank .I have opened an account but It has not been activated since two months I have visited twice a Bank no one response I will tell only that we will open very bad service finally they have not opened account and returned amount after three months
