Waste staff and they behave like illiterates they dont know minimum their procedures and process.i never seen worst response to customers. i think i need to change account from that bank.

I live nearby this bank and I've seen the employees who are are worst at their work, no willingness to help the Unlearned and very poor knowledge about UPI, they were not able to solve until I complained two times to the main branch. Let the customer know if you doesn't know and don't waste their precious time, Requesting you to kindly be helpful and needful to your customers.

The staff of all governt service have attitude
I request them all of them to be polite and support us in revelant work.It ok some time have croud in office but u have knowledge to manage them
