State Bank of India MANIKONDA

Needs lot of improvement interms of infrastructure & manpower. I was here yesterday to open bank account for my mother. It was really suffocating inside without any fans / AC & I observed only the bank officials are provided with fans/AC which was really disappointing.
I was able to get my work done in around 2+ hours by adhering to the process which includes heavy crowd, only 1 staff to take care of account opening & some really rude people coming inbetween the que & behaving as if only they have some urgency. I expected the officials took care of them by making everyone follow the que.

I expect someone from bank look at these issues & let other customers don't face atleast some of them.

Worst experience.

Most employees don't greet or ask how they can help. Its almost like going to a badly run govt office. Half of them Dont know all the rules....meaning not trained well. My experience with SBI was always good but this one just beats all expectations with bad service.

Really helpful bank and really quick in opening my bank account. Highly recommend this branch. Ms. Bhavathni was very helpful and professional.

Will sbi help us in our stocking, broking, our plant went for resale after production. Stocks vs trade-in, approached industry team no luck last time. We care for our customers as do sbi. Will never forget what i learn as our team is our family. Sbi schemes, insurance, derivatives are all purchasable. Our motto is long term this time. Our mission is happy india happy country.

Went to deposit cash. Person denied collecting cash saying unable to count even with the cash counting machine sitting beside to him. Pathetic
