No response for KYC. I have been trying to reach you since 4 days and there's no response.

Why have you implemented this 811 online generation account when the KYC has to be done by your staff?

And now no one has come since 4 days for this KYC. Raised a complaint still no response. Why do you bluff people for your services and waste people's time.

Note: Do not make any excuses for COVID. Rest of the operations are being done 100% what I found.

Worst performance by bank staff, they even not listening our problem regarding bank transactions issue. Go for other private banks for better experience. Bank staff won't consider our problems.
