one of the worst customer service i did tried to reach bank officials but no one giving proper response
one the the worst ban i never saw in my life

Website gives the location for retail loan branch, but when I visit its home loan branch and security guard doesn’t even allow inside saying that its exclusive to home loans.

This is exclusively home loan branch, for retail loans one need to visit branch beside rohit test tube centre. Surprisingly it isn’t located google maps.

Dear HDFC staff, wish you could have taken some responsibility in updating the relevant details in google maps and hdfc branch locator web page. It would have saved me 1hr time.

I highly recommend this bank for customer service
I opened Ista savings account for my mother , All staff members are polite and efficient , I really thanks to NARESH MIDIDODLA (Realationship manager) who helped me to open bank account , I would like open Ista Savings account for me
