today I visited the branch and had very disappointing experience. I don’t understand when do people understand Customers are the purpose of the business. 4 employees are sitting idle for one hr and i wasn’t attending by anyone as it isnt their task (updating pan card) and the person who needed to attend is busy in internal work and not at seat. I could see bank manager observing while passing through couple of times yet he dint act to find why a single customer wasnt attended by four employees who were sitting idle. After online banking, visiting branches has comedown drastically yet these incidents show the deteriorating customer interaction.

Can somebody provide me Bank Manager or any Employee contact number?
