ICICI Bank Mehbub Nagar - Branch & ATM

Hi guys I am naveen malay I came to your bank to open account but the manager is so rude and I felt bad and I am not recommending any of my nri friends to open account so sorry for this post but I need to post it publicly this is Mahabubnagar Nagar local Icici bank

Very good service. Customer relations are very nice. Gives good advice. The ATM is also very useful. But I think one drawback is the bank situated on first floor. There is no life. It is inconvenience for old people, patients, disable persons etc...
I think the public places like banks must be on ground floor to reach all customers ....

IN this bank i have edited my aadhar card in less time and quick with in 5 min completed by the officer.I felt happy for that neat of bank no rush full of ac full of service to the customers
Good in service to the customers .
Friendly in nature with customers .
All can do hear of aadhar editing service in counter number 1

Very very bad experience done with this branch...

and I went to the branch Mahabub nagar to open saving account. Mr baba replied that to open account
to pay initial amount Rs 49000 /-

In all web sites showing low amount.

Lplace for banking and as it is in upstairs it may be difficult for senior citizens to come ... customer service in the branch is good.aadhar ,cash transactions,documentation is very easy here ..

Pathetic NRI services. While opening account they provide royal treatment, but when it comes to servicing, make you feel like why I have account in this bank

I was asked to get a photocopy of proof though they had xerox onsite because they felt its supposed to be done by customer. They could have instead charged me for that and not let me figure out where I can get one, if they are concerned about spending a rupee or two on photocopy charges.

Dont open NRI account here, instead do it in Hyderabad where they treat nri customers properly and provide services that are mentioned in NRI account opening package

I HAVE BEEN THERE 2 TIMES GOT NO SOLUTION

worst experience. employees are sleepy. they keep you waiting unnecessarily
