Because This is clean, Neet, also center for Banks, Railway Stations that is Hyderabad, Kachiguada and Secunderabad. And District Buss Deppo, All Markets Like Koti, Abid Road, ( Habits Road). Begam Bazaar And All The Parks Assembly, Secretariat Lake Hussain Sagar.

Worst bank and same goes with staff.takes huge times for each and everything.Cashier is the worst.there ATM and Cash acceptin never work which is right outside of the bank..the only thing which i feel good is there charges on services is low comparing many other nationalised banks and netbanking is available with most of the websites..

Either they will not provide the passbook printing machine nor they will update the passbook

For passbook printing also they will say to go to boggulakunta branch

The staff was commenting on the customers also

Bank staff does not listen to what we ask for. Branch Phone number is not attended at any time. Digital login does not work and no support given for home loans or intertest negotiations.

Overall bad service and non supportive staff.

We have taken car loan and it was very gud banking with them. So after few months took housing loan then started a nightmare, for loan many hurdles were created by bank although I had a gud CIBIL score and a govt employee. After much nefforts finally they have granted less amount but after all house being a dream have got adjusted to it also. It's been two years not a single default payment by me and even I got half salary I didn't stop they payment. Now after completion the staff are not at all cooperating to give final payment and if we call very rashly they are answering the valuation person Reddy. Seriously these people are being paid by our interest amount and their attitude.
