Worrest service by the emplyers... There are 3 counters but always works one counter, they dont respect their customers...

There isn't any HDFC here

Really I have to push my things with staff. Worst experience. One thing I observed is, staff wants to just explan the things rather providing solution. I would really appreciate if someone initiative to make the things in place and in time
Once again it's really worst experience.... Haha... Seems staff is very busy, might be for new accounts/login's and forget about existing one's........
I am in the bank for few hours and above are my observation & experience. Really disappointed and would like to change the bank..

Good service

The costumer service was very good and they clear explaining with patience to the Costumers. On comparison with the other banks in Khammam the hdfc bank was much better with their policies and also the Costumers service and their best explanation. That's actually good👍.
