Worst branch in india. Nobody works in this branch. It’s better to close account.

I went to this branch for accounting opening, the person who is responsible for account opening is very rude and asked 3000 rupees for the new account and when I asked what are the charges for, they said the charges are for demat account opening and insurance. When I asked them for the zero balance account without demat account and they said that the type of accounts are removed in their childhood (which is actually available as on 31st Jan 2022). And the 3000 rupees are going to their pockets. Worst experience ever.

Suggestion: If you want to open SBI account in Jagtial, please go to SBI Jagtial area branch near new bus stand and they opened a regular savings account without any charges. The service is good and the person in the account opening counter is very good and humble.

I never experienced such cool attitude ,patience employ in sbi banks gives the solution so quick

Employees not doing their duties properly. Very lazy and slowly.
If customer request to update KYC and withdrawal process is very worst in jagtial SBI ADB branch. Bank is not user-friendly. I requested KYC withdrawal process took more 2 hours and still pending last process and informed to me come next day. Seriously the process should be change atleast for illiterate peoples.

In this branch they are asking for 3000 rupees account opening charges (if you are software employee) including of DMAT and insurance. When asked for opening regular savings account without such benefits, he replied that such type of accounts were removed in his childhood. What an amazing joke!

Then I went to SBI Area branch in jagtial, they opened the account for free without any charges.

Worst bank staff, very rude to people, no one gives correct information,if you even have a small concern, you have to wait for hour or even it will take days to clear it, firstly while opening account they have entered my father's name incorrect and it took 4 hrs for me to update and it took several days to print the updated info in my passbook.
