issue of contact number with bank...there is no any calling number available here to contact with bank in emergency ....very bad

Worst kind of service from the bank. It's been since last one and half month i haven't received any debit card till date. When applying for the instant card they are saying that we cannot issue as the card is already generated you'll receive it by post.
Never recommend any one to open account in this bank.A great thanks to branch for providing this 3rd kind of service.

Some time back, I sent a letter through courier to the AGM of the Branch for an offer which had to be carried out immediately and informed him my inability to come over to the Branch in person. To my surprise, my work was carried out by the Branch. Thanks for the wonderful customer service that was rendered by the branch. Hats off to the AGM and the staff members.
