State Bank of India NIZAMPET ROAD

I can see a sea change in the SBI customer experience at this branch from the one that I saw 3 years ago. Earlier the staff are so rude which made me open an another account in HDFC for my daily banking needs. After 3 years when I visited this branch to update my new address, I was shocked to see how kool the staff are responding to customer's queries. This is such a positive change that I am thinking of doing my finances through SBI. Let me see if this pleasant change is permanent or just temporary.....

You feel amazing after visiting this branch that you can see customer friendly environment here than any other Govt. banks or even private banks. I went for opening a sukanya account and experienced they made it simple. Again I opened bank accounts for my family here.

Most of the time ATM is either out of service or no cash and also Air conditioner won't work properly ,It is really difficult to maintain neatness in atm and bank because it is very near to the road . Heavy traffic around the bank in working hours.banking services are really unpredictable now days.

Good bank wrost staff. They getting angry on simple things, like they thinking we are taking like they own salary money.

A good bank with responsive staff and good service. At times the machines do not work.
Keeping all these apart, Long waiting queues, low staff efficiency and most of the time server goes down. At least 1 out of 20 times I find people yelling out at the staff. Should be trained to work quickly so that it would get the work done quick and easier for the staff and the customers as well

I have raise a complain about failed transactions , tried via website but its not working.

1) Visited this branch(State Bank of India , Nizampet branch) on 11-11-2022 for change of address required for two Senior citizens.

2) The Chief Manager is a thorough Gentleman.

3) We forgot to take Xerox copies of Aadhar Card and Gas bill along with us.

4) The Chief Manager is kind enough to arrange for required copies.

5) Chief Manager sir has assured us that our work will be carried out in "less than twenty minutes".

6) We had filled up required forms and handed over to a lady officer at counter number three.

7) She has carried out required changes in the system and handed over new pass books with new address printed on pass books with in a record time of " less than five minutes". Hats off to you madam for your pro- active super fast response .

8) With new pass books along with photos pasted, we again reached Chief Manager sir for signatures on pass books along with stamp.

9) As promised, Chief Manager sir has signed on two pass books and put SBI seal on pass books and on photos as required and completed the whole job with in a record time of " less than fifteen minutes". Hats off to you sir for your super fast response.

Branch manager is demanding 3 lakhs insurance for 5 years. So for 5 years we suppose to pay 15 lakhs. As a common man how could we pay that much amount. By the way they demanded this insurance to issue LOCKER facility.

We told that I'm LIC agent and couldn't pay that much amount per annum.

First of all locker is different product in SBI and sbi life insurance is different. How can these people can club in to one. Is there any instruction from RBI or SBI???

I'm asking one question to manager. Sir, if no one paid sbi life insurance, you will keep idle lockers in your branch??? So because of your decision profits are down to SBI. That's why government banks profits are in loss generation.

You people will grant loans in crores those who become default. But you won't give basic back services to regular customers. NEED TO BE CHANGED.
