Services are toooo late... Some staffs are not good in their activity... They didn't reaponse properly... Worst staffs...

Don't believe in front desk guys for any additional payment check in online whether you have to actually pay or other banks offer free of cost.

Not good. It's a public sector bank, what would you expect.

As usual as the trade mark of the state Bank is playing here very poor customer service no one is here for customer response. All banking employees are showing they are busy busy with their work but no response for the customers. But it is one of the huge customer holding the bank in Perundurai and the sipcot area. If you are in need to use only SBI bank you it is preferred.
