It is not supportive at all ....No Grievance ...Non Replying Mails ....Phone calls unanswered.....You got to run pillar to pillar to get settlement of death claims of deposits...They insist for more procedures than any bank for death claims........... For better life avoid Depositing your hard earned money and make your family strive in getting it back especeially senior citizens pls don't even think of depositing in DCCB itself bank is always the best
