Pathetic service. Customers have to wait for a long time to banking. New account opening is a time bound, no ,no ,day bound process in this bank. Welcome kid is given to customers within half an hour in other banks where as it will take more than two or three days in this bank. Also the staff take too much time to attend the customers. They went to other counters and made discussion unnecessarily. The one department works faster is the cash counter.
