The most worst bank ever.. Even snail can do work faster.their systems are slow as hell (some staffs will tell u this always system is very slow "PLEASE COME AFTER LUNCH") .if u have any important work don't go to sbi.Because they will ruin it.you have to wait for more time just to open a new bank account.

Worst banking experience in my life. Actually bank need to do service for people. But here its reverse. I spend my entire day just to fill the KYC. No response from anyone. Worst service. I decided to close the bank account after coming here.

Had a terrible experience with SBI. I was told to send my KYC documents over mail by SBI customer support as they have stopped my account for KYC update. I have done the same. Even after 10 days, my kyc was not updated. after visiting the branch only i came to know that they are too lazy even to check their email. Later they told i need take a printout of my KYC documents so that they ll process my request... after argument they took printout of my documents and asked me to fill the request...Even after that they made me wait too long. They are not ready to implement even their own services .

Present Manager is very cool and helpful. Response for online ticket for renewal of deposits is poor.

Worst staffs I've ever seen my biggest mistake is opened a account in this branch poor customer service staffs very behaving very rude they're not calmly handling the customer treating customers like a beggers is this the way how you handle account holder i request to SBI remove the rude behaviour staffs please
