Very poor infrastructure for person with disabilities. I already raised request to put ramp for wheelchair 1 year ago but no positive response till now . SBI head office needs to interfere in this matter and resolve it as soon as possible before it move as a legal issue. I should give 0 rating but system doesn’t allow for it.

Very good in infrastructure,staff service .But the only one was not good that is PRINTING MACHINE for passbook .This machine was placed in ATM .Most of the people was did not print their passbook due to repaired . When i come to this bank ,this machine was repaired .Our kindly request to State Bank Of Indian Srivilliputhur branch ,please take immediately action for the machine .
