People planning a visit here should not have any upcoming plans for the next two hours. Even for a simple transaction, it takes upto 2 hours minimum. They could have hired somemore people to do the jobs. This place is always crowded. Staffs were not that attentive.
When Talking about the building, it is clean, Well maintained and air conditioned.
Not only the bank, also the ATM is crowded almost throughout the day.

Don't go to this bank always they are making too late. If you are go to any places for vacation go this bank. People's all ways doing very cool job. If you entered bank in morning 10'clock definitely 4' clock you leave the bank. Please old people don't go to the bank.

Ramanathapuram church Road branch service is very worst in particular gold loan officer.

They think that giving their fathers money.

We never get solved issues visiting branch and online, one of the worst service ever. Need to spend a week to open saving account.

If there is a minus star they really deserve this to reactive one account taken one month even not solve issues pathetic customer service from branch manager 🤬🤬🤬

Finally they respond me good. But here a main issue is lack of Control in superiors and Man Power. I request SBI to take important measures for regain customer intention.
