Worst customer service! Visited so many times since last year to close an account but Vignesh keeps coming up with some reason never responds to queries properly, this axis bank branch is worse than SBI.

Very wrost customer service...talking with customer like gundas....no proper response...not evening hearing about issues... Kyc done on time after getting intimation sms got acknowledgement through mail id also...even that account got freezed....manger not responding properly...worst service
