Well a typical public sector bank with age old staffs and vintage computers. Wouldn't recommend you to open a new account there

Worst ever service I would give zero if I could. The cash person ranting on a first time user Infront of everybody instead of checking in the issue.

Worst bank i have ever seen in my life. If i say SBI is way ahead than this bank just think of this bank.

Worst response time. To pay a loan amount it took 1 hour. What sort of banking system is this?

The manager here should take steps to improve this bank and bring trust on people.

1. Still following decades old style of banking.
2. Staff are not really interested in attending customers.
3. Customers are not treated with dignity.
4. Pass book printing machine is not available and staff are not ready to print also. Senior citizens rely on pass book only and staff attitude is not appreciated.
5. If account can be opened with private bank and balance can be maintained then better go to private bank.

Keeping a higher balance in this bank will still not help by anyways.
