Worst service.....Better to close our transaction

I used 10 years machine used and good service thank you sounds good

The bank is always crowded and there is no control on social distancing. Staffs were lazy and their machines always have problem. Mostly old people have their account in this branch. There are no proper guidelines and help provided to them by bank. My last visit to the bank was to add the mobile number to the account. The staff forgot to update and lost the form which I gave. Worst staff behaviour at this branch.

Response in his duty is zero . I will change the branch on another area . Even new atm card processing is more than 20 days
