For the past 2 days, not even a single machine is working... No cash withdrawal or deposit available... This team doesn't consider customer's troubles created without banking service...

Hi, we are facing bad experience with ICICI Bank Namakkal branch. We have approached the bank for agree loan and the bank representative visited our land and confirmed the loan with lowest interest. After processed the application & loan we come to know that they have mentioned & processed with higher rate of interest. We are struggling more to rectify the problem with ICICI.

I came from Singapore to do a urgent a big amt withdrawal at Namakkal branch on 22/8 To my irritation the security guard allows me once to talk to the officer then I came out and I wanted to know how to increase the withdrawal lit I wanted to go in but the security guard refused me in but I told him it's urgent wanted to speak to the officer but he denied,Hoorible custom care your bank having in Namakkal branch.

I have experience of dealing with ICICI representative and they are busy in selling insurance products and asking customer to open FD etc no other support they provide since everything now online. This is the situation now with banking industries

Very worst service by Namakkal Icici team.so much of hidden charges.online help can't be reached as other banks.For every instance you have to visit the bank directly. Even if visit directly and wrote any change of request, it just for name fake. Till the charges are being debited from the account.In supportive team. Employees look only for increasing the branch revenue not concentrated on the Customer value and none can expect the customer delight from this namakkal ICICI Branch.
