HDFC Bank

Very very worst bank i have ever seen. I applied for a insta savings account online on 7 th jan but till now i didn't receive my welcome kit. The courier bluedart didn't call me or any msg me and i am went directly to branch because message should be came to my phone number visit your branch with you id proof and get your welcome kit. By the way I'm going to the bank physically they didn't give it to me and they said we will sent you only by courier but i didn't receive till now.The problem is in courier side or your bank side. Very very disappointed.

I'm the current account holder.too much worst service.today i came to Villupuram branch for depositing money... front gate security too much insulting and very worst treat to the customers.then I have to choose Canara Bank for my transaction.

Pathetic Service, I got tractor loan in HDFC bank at this branch as this is nearest one. When comes to foreclosure, The manager simply says customer needs to go Pondicherry, Kallakurichi or Chennai to close the loan.
The manager says this is the process they following for since the branch started here. As I'm working professional, I need to go 100 km up and down to close the loan just because of their internal bank process. I never seen this absurd process anywhere. He also added that only loan defaulter can close the loan in Villupuram Branch. Worst service, not prompt response, I don't recommend this bank and branch to anyone.

Easily the worst HDFC bank branch I have ever been too. went here for depositing cash to my account. The security is way over his head asking multiple question whether I have account in this bank and insulting me that he wont allow inside the bank and need to wait for 30 mins even though I can see that the cash deposit queue has close to just 2 or 3 people waiting. I have visited multiple hdfc bank branches in chennai and bangalore and have not had this much bad insult anywhere. When they want us to take loans and get credit cards they will run behind us and when we want to use their services they wont even allow us inside. Please change the security or atleast discipline him. Pathetic and worst bank branch ever not sure even if HDFC management is aware of this.

Very Worst Bank ,Poor Customer Service ,Employees Working like Government office and very SOFASTICATED

This Bank took Advance interest amount from Gold loan, while sanctioning Gold loan...

I have doubt this urban branch or semi urban branch need to know..what's is the minimum save balance in this bank...
