IDFC FIRST Bank

New addition to the banking system. And I went there for only the updation of Aadhaar details. The look was clean and maintained neat. The staffs are friendly and helpful for any queries asked. And helped me to fill the forms as well. And as I see not much of banking activity so not so crowded. In a very prime location. Not sure about the bank but best for Aadhaar card details updation

One of the worst banking experience I had ever. World's most worst bank. I don't recommend this bank to anyone. Specially in this branch, the staffs are very worst. They will not assist you properly and you will be resulted to pay more bounce or interest amount. They will get all the money from you but they will not close any loans properly and later you will be asked to pay additional charges. To the worst they will not respond to any calls or messages. Some one should take action and close this office.

Hi All. I had faced very worst experience in IDFC FIRST BANK,BRANCH : SASTRI ROAD,TRICHY, TAMILNADU.

Debiting amount from the account without reason, when we visit branch asking for reason, they not answering properly and telling we put penalty for answering your questions and also we put penalty for searching your transaction details in system.

I have never faced this experience in my life. No banks will say we do penalty for asking question.worst bank and the branch...

Poor emi handling. After I paid this month emi on 02/02/2023. They send message to pay emi even after i paid on 08/02/2023. I know that if I pay emi online it'll reflect two idfc emi account maximum 3 days, their emi representative only told that.
