State Bank of India PARK TOWN( CHENNAI )

I visited this bank regarding my Car Loan. People in car loan department were very polite and helpful. They finished the whole process in 15 minutes. I am not sure about other departments.

they do not pick the land line phone numbers, for any kind of small information. we have to walk in to the branches.

Excellent service by the branch manager accounts in sorting out a long pending transact issue in no time. Thank you Sbi park town

I was not able to open an account after waiting for 4 hours in this bank. Very irresponsible staff. It's best to avoid this branch of the bank.

Lazy officials and slow service. Employees should retire and young people should be recruited

Worst customer service. Don't even bother going here. Disastrous environment. No one wants to do their work. They will just send you from one counter to another counter asking something or the other with banking abbreviations. Useless junks.
