Any time no money for this atm

Very worst response. Just to know that i have to write a letter for getting my request to be processed i waited for 1 & 1/2 hours which is barely 4 to 5 people queue.They are scolding the uneducated people for their ignorance instead of letting them know the process or procedure which is their job and for which they are getting the salary.
