Horrible and Worst experience ever.

Every employee works here are thinking that they are the CEO of the Indian Bank.
Feeling pity for senior citizens, those who are unaware of the withdrawal and deposit procedures. No one helps them and guided them. Instead, they scold for their queries.

In the loan section, they barely make the typo mistakes in the challan and feeling no problem with their mistakes.

Worst customer service... Bank employees not respecting the customers.. Employees not following basic ethics with customers... Kindly please take action with Bank employees and take them lesson how to treat customers....

Worst experience in jewel loan section staff.

Worst customer service. staff don't know how to respect customer service . Jewelry loan section tomuch showing attitude and worst behavior and customer waiting long time. they are retrun jewelry per day two time only 12.30 pm and 3.30pm only i dont know why.other branch not like this.they are make won role for indian bank roles.while i go for this branch i get tension and time also waste.Worst branch for indian bank.near indian bank ATM also always brplm.people also have job and many important works.always time waste and get tention also.

If other employees are harsh then its Manager role to make them behave polite but here Manager is the rudest person, She doesnt speak polite to anyone.

Very worst customer service. Let them first speak polite to ppl who comes to the bank

Their not really like a customer friendly and they haven't updated their time schedule at all which is more worse.
