ICICI Bank Tiruppur-Branch & ATM

AC is not at all working...too hot inside...not able to stay inside for even 10 mins...peoples who are working there seems to be very hectic and I don't have any idea, How they are spending the whole day with this ambience...

Nice place 4 ATM machines were available. Easy to access this attached with branch.

One of the worst branch I have seen ever,,,, the main thing is ,,, manager is irrespective and irresponsible person,,, his name is Senthil,, this guy gave his card and asked me to call,,, I have tried alot,,, and I msgd him also he said that I will follow up regarding my card,,, I used to msg him ,,he is not responding me,,, as I m in coiCoimbat,,, I reissued my card in Tirupur if I m in tirupTi I can come and take from the branch,,, this guy only has given his card to contact,,,

Please remove this gyg from this position,,, don't loose your customer ,,, I m going to consumer court,,, and I want close my account,, because of this stupid guy,,,

Excellent customer service and Adhar Updated center is better in this Bank.Full of trees. Mosquitoes in outdoor waiting bench.

I went for doing KYC three days in a row .. their response is to wait .. I waited for 30mins and asked .. they are lethargically saying nobody is there to do kyc .. next day some other person is not there for biometric authentication.. it's worst .. salary account and they are doing worst again and again

Uncleaned surface, too much of mosquitoes,
Queue can be broken using employee influence, as I am a corporate salary account holder of icici bank for more than 13 years. I never seen such a worst branch like this.

Security casually telling this " wait for some more time , only problem is too much mosquitoes but adjust it"

I am waiting with my mother 59 years old and my niece 14 year school girl.

Busy place, bank executives are very polite and helping in all the way. waiting time for any resolution is same as other banks.
Overall experience is good with this branch.

As usual good service, minimal waiting time. ICICI bank charges are higher though.
